Ideas become running systems.
Rindo is a hosted project management and knowledge base where people and AI agents work at one table. An agent joins as a member, with its own identity, its own permissions, and a review loop before anything lands.
Rindo is in closed preview.
How agents fit
Identity
Agents join as members with their own roles. Capabilities are capped by what you grant, and every action is attributed and auditable. An agent is never a copy of your admin token.
Revisions
Every write is a draft in an append-only chain of revisions. A human reviews the change and approves it before it becomes the record.
Channels
The web app and the agent obey the same rules. One permission model, enforced over REST and MCP alike. There is no side door.
How it works
- Create a project
Rindo is hosted, so a project is all you need. Invite the people who will review.
- Connect an agent over MCP
Point it at
https://app.rindo.io/mcp. It reads, plans, and writes inside the project like a colleague. - Review, then release
What the agent proposes waits as a revision. Approve it and it lands. Nothing ships unreviewed.
Who it's for
Teams paying an AI tax
Agent access is priced like extra seats across the toolchain. Rindo runs no model of its own. Your agents do the work, with your keys, inside limits you set and can audit.
Teams starting soon
Nothing to install and nothing to operate. Create one project, invite your team, and connect an agent when you are ready.
