Terms
These terms cover the website at rindo.io and, while Rindo is in closed preview, the product at app.rindo.io. A subscription agreement will replace the preview section below when Rindo launches; account holders will be told before that happens.
Use of the site
The site is provided as is, for information about Rindo. It may change or go offline without notice. Nothing on it is a commitment to a feature, a date or a price.
The product in closed preview
- Invitation only. Accounts are created by the Rindo team for people it invites. You may not share your account or let someone else use it.
- Preview quality. Rindo is under active development. Features change, and the service may be unavailable, slow, or wrong without notice. There is no service level and no support commitment beyond replies to privacy@rindo.io.
- Your content stays yours. You keep the rights to what you put into Rindo. You give the Rindo team only the permission needed to store, show, back up and index it for you and the members of your projects. Do not upload content you have no right to share, and do not use production secrets or personal data of people who have not agreed to take part in the preview.
- The preview may be reset. When the preview ends, or if the product’s structure changes in a way that cannot be migrated, the instance may be wiped. You will be told in advance and given the chance to export what you need.
- Acceptable use. No attempts to break into other accounts, to overload the service, or to use it for anything unlawful. Agents you connect act under your account and are your responsibility.
- Ending the preview. You can stop at any time by asking for your account to be deleted. The Rindo team can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and will end the preview for everyone with notice.
- No warranty, limited liability. The preview is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the Rindo team is not liable for loss of data, downtime, or any indirect loss arising from the preview.
Content and marks
The text, the layered-plans mark and the Rindo name on this site belong to the Rindo team, which is not yet incorporated; the company that succeeds it will be named here. Quoting the site with attribution is fine; passing the mark off as your own is not.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Rindo team is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site.
