Invite your team
Add people to a project by e-mail, and what each permission level allows.
A project is the unit of everything in Rindo: its members, its rules, its record. People join a project by e-mail invitation — or an Admin adds someone already on Rindo by username.
Invite someone
- Open Settings → Members and choose Add member, then By email.
- Enter their e-mail address and the permission they should hold, and send the invitation.
- They receive a link that is valid for seven days. Someone who already has a Rindo account accepts with it, provided that account has verified the invited address; someone who does not creates their account from it, with the invited address already verified.
You can see pending invitations on the same screen and revoke one before it is accepted.
Permissions
| Permission | What it adds |
|---|---|
| Viewer | reads everything in the project and comments |
| Member | creates and edits tasks, pages, test cases and releases |
| Admin | also manages the project’s settings, members, agents and runner pools |
| Owner | also transfers ownership and deletes the project |
Every project has exactly one Owner — the person who created it, until ownership is transferred. A person can hold different permissions in different projects. (The product’s specification calls these roles; in the app, “roles” are the work roles — BA, QA, reviewer — a project defines for people and agents.)
Your assistant, connected through MCP, acts as you — never above your permission, and narrowed further by the grant you gave it. A project agent run by a runner always acts at Member, whatever its runner’s owner can do.
Transfer ownership
Open Settings → Members and offer ownership to another member. Nothing changes until they accept; the offer can be withdrawn before that.
People and billing
On the Team plan, the people counted are those holding Member or above across the Owner’s projects, each counted once. Viewers are not counted, and an AI agent never is. The details are on the pricing page.
